Sharing hours among roomates to get poker room rate
Which casinos let you share hours among roommates to qualify for the poker room rates in Vegas? I'm going to Vegas on the October 12th weekend and I'd like to stay at Caesars since they have the Caesars Classic tournies starting that weekend. Allvegaspoker.com says Caesars requires 8 hours of play. I'm wondering if I can split the time with a roommate. If not, what other hotels allow you to split time. I think venetian does.

Most. Call and ask the poker room.

I believe that Caesar's said yes when I called them earlier this year. Like Bruno said, most do. I know for a fact that TI does.

Mandalay allows up to two people per room to get the hours for the poker rate.

Re: Sharing hours among roomates to get poker room rate
The majority of rooms - Wynn, B, CP - will allow you to split the hours with whoever is staying in the room.
FI, I shared a poker room rate at the Wynn with two friends - we had to have 6 hours a day FOR THE ROOM. So, it was 2 hours each per day. And it was an average - we got all our hours for the weekend in the first day, and we were golden. But, yeah, splitting them with a roommate is standard. Just call and ask to be sure. |
