Default NL200 plan to maximise value with full house oop

Assume villian to be decent TAG. What is your plan for the hand. $180 effective left on the turn. No history of 2nd barreling or any other out of line stuff.

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players

CO: $202.90
BTN: $197
SB: $78
BB: $235.65
Hero (UTG): $233.40
MP: $227.45

bet $25 is best play to make sure you get value out of Q's and flush draws

stackadonk isnt the best here b/c he will check behind sometimes and other times he will drop his Q if checkraised

30 seems allright, he ain't folding a Q and if we get lucky he might bluffshove a FD, which actually wouldn't be a half bad play (would be much better if the board were Q66 or something like that, but whatever).

in reply to some suggestions:

i think it is important to give villian a chance to hit his possible draw and not take the risk of betting him off it with a bet like 30 or more. opinions?

Optionally:

bet-bet-bet

bet-checkcall-bet

bet-checkcheck-overbet

bet-checkbetsmallcheckraise

All seem reasonable.

I'd expect a raise from him on the flop with a fd btw, so he probably has a Q or a bluffcatcher like 88.
