fulltilt software wont open twice and has sound problems

ive been playing on full tilt lately and i think i want to switch but the software isnt working for me right.

if for some reason i have to close fulltilt it wont reopen until i restart the computer again.

those beeping noises that let u its your turn to act are crucial for multitabling, but for some reason the sound on fulltilt just stops every once in a while.

usually, but not always the sound from absolutepoker will still work when fulltilts doesnt. and when i open internet explorer or foxfire the sound will often come back, especially if one of the sites has sound (youtube, etc) then the sound will stop again when i close a browser. finally this last time the sound stopped again even while the browser was still up and wont respond to opening browsers or playing music again

any help would be appreciated
