i know uga personally, as does Druff, and have known him for quite some time.

I seen him go through ups and down when it comes to poker (as he has me) since that time. There is no way he is a in control of a superuser account

I'm not. Its called self preservation. The evidence that he has anything to do with this is very scant so far, from my perspective. I mean think about it. For him to try to spent the rest of his days trying to explain the unexplainable won't be easy. He's a pro. There really is almost no way for him to watch the video and say, "meh, standard."

let's assume he is innocent (which we should until proven otherwise), he is in an incredibly hard position to be in. He's a paid spokesperson and probably being told next to nothing by AP about the situation, reads the 2+2 forums and sees his name thrown all about, and sees the video of the HH and most likely thinks its true but cant say anything definitive without getting himself into trouble with either his employer or his "fan base". This is why I thought it's so crazy for him to even show his face and say anything.

I don't think that anyone actually ever confirmed that picture was "Scott Tom". The picture was already floating around on these boards and I posted that it could be found on Seif's Myspace page, but with the disclaimer that I was NOT confirming that it was in fact "Tom Scott".
