Nearly 22000 players on AP right now (yes I know that includes play money). 95% of poker players have no idea what 2+2 is. This will have virtually no impact on Absolute. Everyone has predicted the demise of Absolute many times over (bonus changes, rake changes, Bad beat jackpot changes, etc) and it has never happened.

i wouldn't be at all surprised if there were more accounts used, but to me it really wouldn't change anything. they obv moved names from time to time, as to avoid suspicion. someone got too nonchalant/arrogant and blew it with potripper. or someone else got a hold of the account and did it on purpose to blow their cover

this holds true right now, but if the scandal ever catches on with a national/global media outlet... AP is screwed.

I thought Scott Tom prolly hit the cuts after everything hit the fan and AP probably cleaned things up to get ready for this fake audit. I FOR SURE believe cheating took place in the past (indicated by the fact that the cheaters were ap founders and their cheating account was one of the first users). However, I have to imagine the cheating stopped when Doubledrag and Co disappeared.

Let me back up a little bit.

It's not that the db doesn't show ANY time you lose a satellite, it's that it doesn't show EVERY time you lose a satellite.

is there any background on the other accounts in question? seems like they have just kindof taken a backburner but thought, with contacts inside AP apparently doing a little digging, that other info about these might have came out...
