Re: NBA Finals
Can you edit polls? I was under the impression I was just gonna have to accept being a polltard (and the system sucks "I know lets make the default 11.5 hours from when you post" "Good idea Johnny, that'll [censored] with em").

Re: NBA Finals
Spurs win in 4-5 most likely, 6 max, Duncan mvp, asterisk is applied.

Re: NBA Finals
Spurs win unless someone big steps up as a legit #2, cuz Bowen is going to be all over LeBron's azz, and Duncan is waiting down low for those drives, unlike Chris Webber, who likes like an octogenarian by now.
Then again, this is LeBron's time. If not this year, then next year. Or the following. Sick Sick Sick. If I wasn't a Piston fan, I would have been cheering my heart out for him in Game 5 too. |

Re: NBA Finals
Cavs are an option?
Spurs already won the NBA Finals a few weeks back when they beat Phoenix in 6 (agree on asterisk). Now the only question is will they give the Cavs a game like they did the Jazz or just hurry up and get it over with in 4? |

Re: NBA Finals
Cavs in a karma-induced "upset". This is King James' time. If they play with the fire they played with against Detroit, and if Bron Bron absolutely owns the court, its very possible.
Of course, if the Spurs keep getting away with murder, it could be different. I think the Cavs saw the way the Spurs got in Phoenix's head and got them to beat themselves, and will be much more under control. The Spurs are obviously the technical favorite, with a huge edge in experience, but if they take these Cavs for granted and the young team keeps its composure, I don't see how this couldn't be an interesting series at least. For an actual prediction: Spurs in 6 is likely, but I'm pulling for Cavs however long the series goes. |
