Default Cool/Romantic Things to do in Vegas

I know there's been threads about cool stuff to do in vegas and i'm probably a toolbox for posting this, but I was wondering if there's any fun stuff to do with the gf in vegas.

Another poster suggested going to see cirque shows and eating at the top of the fake eiffel tower, etc. Anything else along those lines?

Play poker

Isn't my wife lucky to have a romantic guy like myself? Not many people have imaginations like that.

Gondola rides at the Venetian ... only lasts 10-15 mins, but ladies dig it.

Top of the World at the Strat.
Voodoo lounge at night. The view of the city is great.
Drinks at the Mirage flora center. Orchids all over the place there.
Drinks at night in the FONTANA Lounge looking at the water show at the "B"...

If she's into art, and you guys like fancy food, and you're willing to drop $200 a head, go to Picasso at the Bellagio. Amazing cuisine, tremendous service (wine pairings are worth it just to hear the sommelier explain each glass), and the view of the Bellagio fountains (literally outside the window) is awesome. Oh, and there's tens of millions of dollars worth of originals from the restaurant's namesake hanging on the walls. Good times.
