Need sql query to get all quads for all users in pt postgres db

I want to know how many quads were dealt to all users in my pokertracker postgres database for the last 10K hands.

For my own cards even if i folded before i hit quads on flop/turn/river.

I could not find some build in function in pokertracker so i have to do this by a sql query.

May someone has already done this or has any idea how to do this, if not i have to do it by myself.
