Is anyone else making way more money after the bill was passed? I find myself up about 1k since the bill's passing, mainly because now I play so many more hands on Stars to milk it for what it's worth. 8 tabling 3/6 and 5/10 is where it's at right now.

I still say the BBV threads make me dumber for reading them, but I got a kick out of the
Americans vs French Some of the folks go off. I love it. The usual take, yeah our system may suck here, but thank god were not french. |

Bar tournament, got to see just about every combination of 64o, 94o, 72o, T3o, 75o in the deck so far. Basically been blinding my hands away. I raised all-in (6000 chips) once with A5s from UTG+1 when blinds were 400/800 and two had called. Everyone folded. But I had moved from that table.
In the hand directly before this one I was UTG and bet 2000 with A7s. The current UTG+1 (big stack at table) called, but the BB re-raised all in. I had him covered and called, big stack put me in. Big stack had A7o, SB had J9o. SB took the main pot with a straight and I split side pot with big stack. Blinds are 800/1600 Hero: BB (4600 chips) UTG (5500 chips) UTG+1 (42000 chips) MP (14000 chips) MP+1 (37000 chips) CO (22000 chips) Button (8000 chips) SB (9200 chips) Hero posts BB: 1600 SB posts 800. Hero: K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, 3 folds, CO called, Button called, SB folded, Hero raises all-in, UTG+1 calls, rest fold. UTG+1 shows 23o. Flop comes Q27 Turn comes K River comes ............................ 2. I drive home. Live poker is rigged. |
