Interface kinda blows tbh, looks "pretty" but functionally not amazingly easy to learn.

Find player button should DISPLAY A LIST OF NAMES ORDERED AND THE SEARCH BOX.

SHOULD ALSO HAVE A DATABASE PANEL SO I CAN SEE IF A DATEBASE IS CREATED OPENED.

I import, search see my hadns etc.
Close it, search again and nothing there.... WTF? Suppose to stay in the database and the DB should be open.

Not as easy to use at PT IMO, this is where the major downfall is right now.

But its a beta, so ill prob buy full thing dependind on fixes.

I need to move the PostgreSQL folder to another location.

Is it possible to do this without losing my db?

If not, how do I backup my db?

The data is all stored in C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.2\data. After you move the file you will have to point PGAdmin to the right place

I'll see if I can add some of this DB management stuff into the update I'm working on because I'm getting these types of questions a lot.

Thanks,

rvg

Not to rush, but do you know a time frame of when we can expect the finished product?

I have a new update patch ready here:

http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/holdemmanagerpatch.zip

A bunch of the embedded dll's I used changed so let me know if you have any issues with this latest update.

September 8th - 0.30b
* Import speeds should be close to twice as fast
* Added Absolute Poker Support
* Added Cryptologic Support
* Added Bodog Support
* When selecting a player from the player search list the list populates in real time with players that match what you are typing
* BB/100 now shown as bb/100 to better indicate big blinds and not big bets. A future update will allow you to toggle between big bets or big blinds.
* Import errors now stored in the Holdem Manager\Logs folder and organized by site and date of import attempt
* Total row on Summary page does not include stats from currently selected player
* By Month breakdown now working in Reports tab
* Fixed report bug where clicking on a column to sort would cause an error if there was a blank value (ie no data) in one of the cells.
* Fixed report bug where clicking in between two columns or resizing a column would cause a row to be removed
* Fixed ipoker issue where some skins use a different date format
* Fixed ipoker issue where some skins use differenrt verbiage when displaying the game type
* Bug Fix: Previously you would not be able to import again after clicking on "Stop Import" without relaunching the program.
* Upated Player Hands tab to organize information a little more intuitively
* Charts and Graphs income now has $ values on both sides
* Fixed Full Tilt importing problem where the first hand has no stack sizes in the hand history
* People who have installed postgres using non-american date formatting should now be able to import ok through HM

Edit: http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/holdemmanagerpatch.zip seems to be the correct link
