Neteller ATM card transactions not working now??

I have well over $1000 in my Neteller ATM card balance and have had it there for weeks now. When I went to the same ATM that I've always used to make Neteller withdrawls today it said "My daily limit had been reached." I've haven't made any withdrawls for weeks now. Anybody else having this problem?

I'm not confident that this is a solution, but the FSV website allows us to transfer funds from our card account to our bank account via debit ACH. It's possible this is one option that hasn't been shut down yet, though it apparently takes 2 or 3 days to process, and as we know alot can happen in that time.

I got the same "My Daily Has Been Reached", which is not true

For those unable to withdraw funds from their card, this works. I initiated the transaction a bit after 9 p.m. on the 27th and the funds were in my bank account this morning. I was charged $2 for a transaction of well over $1k.
