HU recipe for cbet 100%?

when u raise and clear the field in a FL game is it an automatic cbet on any flop? I'm not sure what we will check here, =/

HU, it's pretty much 100% until your opponent starts catching on. They usually don't.

I used to think so. Not so sure now that I am reading players a little better. I mix it up a bit against observant opponents as they will play a continuation bet that is likely a miss with a reraise almost every time.

I would say 90% of the time is probably a bit on the high side and 60% is too low. Against fish of course its an auto bet but against aggressive players mixing it up can't hurt too much.
