Default stars payout structure

hey I was just wondering if anyone knows why Stars pays the 2nd last table (10-18) all the same while most other sites pay 3 different prizes for that table.

Is there a reason behind it?

thanks

There was a stretch where I had 5 10th place finishes and 0 final tables over like a month. Basically I wanted to kill myself.

Your information is incorrect.

Stars 20% tournaments differentiate between 10 - 13 and 14 - 18.

The money has to come from somewhere and that means less for first. I personally really like having a big jump in pay from 10th to 9th. It's easier to abuse the FT bubble.
