Default Bug in poker calculator v1.1.4.1 for Omaha Hi?

For those familiar with the program, I had it run the board of

6c6s7d9hJd

in an PL Omaha Hi game.

Player 1 holds 2d2s2c2h
Player 2 holds AdKdQsTc

Poker Calculator claims player 2 wins by virtue of a pair. It also claims that player 1 just holds a pair. I would argue player 1 holds two pair, twos and sixes (by virtue of playing the two 2s in his hand and using the 2 6s on the board along with the jack), and player 2 holds one pair, sixes.

Im sure this bug will screw a lot of odds calculations you try to make (if it is in fact a bug!).

Am I missing something here or is this a bug in the program?

I'm pretty sure Player1 should fold preflop. (Face-up.)
