beginner question about pokeroffice?

hi,
just started using pokeroffice and have a question someone might be able to help me with...
this be be simple, but im trying to use live tracker when i play with my eurobet (ongame) rooms. An error sign appears saying:
"Wrong Client! You are using the web browser version of pokerroom! You need to download the Windows version of the poker client instead..."

Now I am ignorant in pc matters, so whats the difference between a web browswer version, and a windows version? I assumed I did have the windows version. I know you can play through java without downloading anything but I dont do that.
Can anyone help?

Yeah, contacting support is probably a good idea. I'm browsing the PO forums quite often, but I can't remember seeing this problem before.
