Default nl 200 problem

I have been playing nl 100 on stars for about 4 month + now. In my first database i was running at 2,25 BB/100 12 tabling over 120k hands. I got better ( i think or variance ) and in my new database my winrate is 3,25BB*100 12 tabling over 75k hands.

The thing is that i tryed like 4 time to beat nl 200 and it seem like i can't for some reason. Over like 30k hands im in the negative. I once lost 2500 in a day and i was really depress. I was thinking on moving up soon but im still ``scared``. Should i wait for a better winrate or something ?? Nl 200 is supposed to me that much harder ? i run bad ? help me there

Someone with a "true" win rate of 2.75BB/100 has a 1 in 10 chance of dropping 10 buyins (assuming a 35BB STDDEV). Crap happens. Next hand.

I think you should expect 200nl to be a fair amount harder.

Tell some of the 200nl regs on here your sn is and they might give you some pointers if they have played with you.

$2500 in one day is pretty severe though - there had to be some tilt involved. If so work on that first

NL200 is much harder than NL100 if you aren't used to tangling with good players. A lot of NL100 regs avoid other regs with marginal hands way too much to get better. If this is something you do practice playing against the regulars there. first since at NL200 there are like 4 regs on each table.
