2/4 weak trips vs gerans

Villain is gerans, a very good 2/4 PS'er. Stats are generally on the tigher side (17/12-ish), but he's extremely aggressive and can be tricky post flop. We haven't had any big hands together in this session, but we did have a huge one yesterday or 2 days ago when he showed a 3barrel bluff after I folded on the river getting almost 4:1. My image has been ok at this table, but I'm wondering if he thinks I can make hero laydowns because of that hand.

MP bets $36, Hero calls $36.

Turn: ($110) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $75, MP raises to $373 (putting me AI), Hero...

Villain IMO is capable of doing this with semibluffs (KT, 9T, and maybe AK?). My friend thinks he could do this with AA but I feel like he'd play that one to try and get to showdown cheaply. Monsters are obviously AJ and QQ, but I doubt KJ does this here because of the likelihood I might make a big fold with a lower J but auto call with AJ. What level should I be thinking here and who makes the call?

I don't know why everyone thinks gerans is so tight, I think he's pretty aggro i call here.
