definitely -ev.

I have a game in my neighborhood that I dont like, but it is soooo convenient. i dont play in it, I just go to different games or have my own. I guess I could march down there and tell them how screwed up they are, but why? Then I would be the ass, and they wouldnt change anyways.

Yeah, WTF? Start your own game if you don't like theirs. Don't piss in someone else's sandbox. Very much not cool, bad karma all around.

Y'all must not be really serious poker players. Poker is a game of money not cards and I'm just trying to find out what kinda hand I hold here in this illegal game. How much to they fear angry, 86ed players? How much can I push here without getting 86ed. I'm not interested in ratting them out but they don't know that now, do they? That's my hand. How best to play it and maybe get the rake lowered?

Here's what you do: cancel the bar's insurance behind their back. Burn the place down. When you see the now-busto owner panhandling, spit on him. Tell him if he had a lower rake it wouldn't have come to this. Buy the land, rebuild the bar, lower the rake, profit.

I'm wondering just exactly how much I can push these folks as a player to reduce their obscene rake before they boot me and I then pay them back

[/ QUOTE ]

A.If you dont like it dont play there.
B.If you dont like it dont play there, start your own game and steal their players.
Ive done A and B.

Never rat or threaten ratting, one is disgusting and one may get you hurt. Actually both are disgusting and may get you hurt

I'd listen to this guy. Judging by his avatar, he knows a lot about disgusting things that can get you hurt.

Did you just equate being an [censored] with "serious poker player"?

Not a soul here gets it. The implied threat is as good as the act. It's a poker game w/o cards and y'all are too stupid to see it.
