Default Pokerstars

Well something odd occured today.

I was playing a heads up SNG, after a 18 man SNG.

During the heads Up match, I kept losing my bet slider. It would turn my screen into a limit table. I couldn’t raise more than minimum. It happened on and off.

Has this happened to anyone else? I wrote support and politely asked for a refund. Let’s see their answer.

I think the stars guy was implying that it was a limit tournament.

Does this mean that the glitch became un-glitched during the tourney?

for what it's worth I recall this happening when playing the pokerstars beta version many months ago. The reason it was doing it then was to do with using one of the custom table layouts which I was playing around with at the time. Once I changed the layout back, (may have had to close and open the table up again) it brought back the slider etc. I haven't had it happen to me in the live version though.

It was on a custom layout.

Yes it became glitched and Un-Glitched throught the tourney. At a few points I made TP when he made mid pair and nut flush draw. I think most of the money would have gone in at that point. He bricked 2 cards where he saw them for the Minimum.

My beef with Pokerstars was that my opp. had an unfair advantage over me throughout the Heads up match.

It was Def not a Limit tourney. Trust me you can see the hand histories. I had my slider and betting ammount thingy for about half the tourney whereas the rest I was without it.

Now I came back with an email stating that it is rediculous to think that I should have to ''FEND'' for myself throughout the Heads up. I was closing PS etc.. and it worked sometimes and others had no effect.

They responded by asking to see my log files. After sending that they claimed it was Pokertracker or what they called

[ QUOTE ]
What you have described is a rather unusual occurrence and I have only
seen it several times before, and in each case, the reason that this was
happening was because of conflicts with a third-party "helper program"
(like pokertracker) and the PokerStars application.

[/ QUOTE ]

Apparently it's an unusual occurence they have seen several times.

I was at work so i don't have PT or anything else in fact I was playing with only PS open. Plus I had just finished a 18 man SNG where no problems occured.

They then asked for specific hand histories where I claim it glitched.

>I do not have any 3rd party programs, I was only running Pokerstars.

This is where I am at.

I dont care too much about the refund. I just want to see if they continue to blame me.
