Weird spot with AQ, help plz

Early in the 50k, no reads on villain. Decided to c/c turn for control, then as played thought i would get value on the river. I guess my line looks strange, but wtf is his line all about??

I agree with check calling the river b/c anything he raises you with beats your pair of aces - queen kicker. You have to fold to his river raise because you don't beat anything except a bluff that would make this play.

I think this hand is fine. I like every street, esp the block/fold on the river.

I feel like with a board like this there is an awful lot he can call on the flop with.

I think bet/fold gets more value than check/call, since a ton of his range will check behind, and your line looks weak to a non thinking player.

looks ok, sometimes id still check the river.
