Default Turned boat vs. stuck maniac playing straddle

2/10 spread game live. Game is 7-handed. Table is pretty LAG'gy with most people calling any PF raises that aren't maxbets (raises under $10).

Villan in this hand is a 20ish really LAG player who got even more LAG after he got stuck for his first rack ($200). He has just re-bought and decides to introduce a $5 'straddle rock' into the game and comes back into the game on that. His stack is $195 after posting LDO.

Hero is dealt K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]-10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in MP. Folds to Hero who maxbets to $15. Folds around to Villan who defends for $10.

Flop is Q-Q-K rainbow. Villan bets $10, Hero raises to $20, Villan raises to $30, Hero raises to $40, Villan calls.

Turn is Q. Villan bets $10, Hero raises to $20, Villan 3-bets to $30.

Hero the rest of the way? We're obviously not laying this one down, but is just calling down the best option here? Is there any card on the river that will cause us to jam the pot more?

I am not raising the turn. You are either chopping (often) or loosing. If he's bluffing, let him bluff. (I am not capping th e flop either)

I think it's a chop or you lose.

Agreed. You're either beat or chopping, as the elephant notes. If your opponent has a pocket pair, you make the most here by just letting him bet it the whole way.
