Default 200NL - Bluff Catching Pt2

Villain is 40/20/0.5 over 600 hands, River AF 0.66, folds to cbet of 66%. Same table as in the other hand, so im playing 21/19/4 and making some plays but not enough that anyone will notice me too much. He's got pretty standard showdown stats of 24/50 so that, combined with his fold to cbet stats suggest that he's not too much of a calling station.

I'm lost on turn and river. So comments appreciated on that. Also, if somehow u bet turn then check river, what do you do with this river bet. (imo this hand will generate way better discussion than the other one).

Turn valuebet is fine but I think I like check/fold on river since he is so passive and valuebet must be too thin unless you have a supermaniacal image.

i also like raising to 6 preflop as it ends up keeping the pot smaller and putting less at risk. the point of this is that T9 is only going to create marginally profitable situations with top pair and you'd like to make your decisions easier with a slightly smaller pot. that extra blind ends up bloating the pot too much for my liking.

as played, fold river

You pretty much only beat diamonds w/o the jack, you also have a diamond which makes it a bit less likely he has 2. He probably checks behind 46s because he just got some SDV. IMO his hand really looks like Jxdd.
