Default Upcoming Atlantic City Trip

Hey folks. I've got an upcoming trip to AC, but it's been quite awhile - last thing I knew, the Taj was the king of poker. After the boom of recent years, that's just got to be old news.

What are the best poker rooms in AC nowadays? Ring games, of course, but cheap entry tournaments would be interesting also.

What do you guys know?

Thanks.

There's a place called the Borgata now. It's sorta small now, but I guarantee you it's gonna be huge. Get there now and say you were there before it got big.

Yeah, but from what I heard that place is trying to be sorta snooty and upscale. Does AC have the demand for that kind of thing?

I think people will always be loyal to the Taj. Once you've developed immunity to each of the hundreds of strains of virus floating around on their chips, it's kind of a waste to play anywhere else.

I might check out this Bogarta place next time down there if I get bored with the Taj.

AC has needed a place like the Borgata for...oh...I don't know...the last 40 years.

While bouncing my car through the potholes and then weaving through the series of crackheads to get to the Taj is a lot of fun. The Borgata is a refreshing change to everything AC.

Next change on the AC Betterment list: Free F'ing Parking!

*Did Vegas need the Bellagio? Probably not but I'll bet you're happy with the results.*

The Borgata is pretty freaking awesome....It's really the only choice but other big cardrooms with decent action include the Taj and the Trop.

With the expansion of their room, all tables with auto-shufflers, better seats, better drinks, better games...

There really is no reason you shouldn't go here as your first choice to play.

Besides the Pink Chip game (which is a donktastic donkfest), I find the Trop mildly underwhelming.
