Yes, you need to see a doctor... A stop'n'go would be useful to get hands like 99-JJ to fold on a AKx type of flop, but I can't see why Villain would re-raise 1/3rd of his stack with a mid pair? This is most likely AK/QQ+ and you won't get a fold from those hands on any flop.
