1/2 live game AA UTG

Guy in middle position (MP) has about 250 guy in big blind (BB) has about 180 I cover both.

I'm UTG I limp, MP raises to 7 called in a couple of spots I reraise to 25 called by MP and BB.

Flop is

10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

BB checks I bet 40 (neither of my aces are clubs) MP thinks and raises to 120 BB agonizes for 5 mins and folds. MP has about 80 left.

Reads : MP is a pretty strong player seemed to play pretty well while I have been at the table and built has stack well but only showed down one hand so far. The case 9 for quads against someones full house. BB is ok but not great.

I'd raise more pre, it depends how many calls you got, but that looks way too small. As played, he's probably raising JJ+ so I'd shove definitely.

Your reraise amount pre is really bad. Make it 35 minimum.

What's with the flop bet?

I quit poker because I was worried about dreaded CV gap. So I cashed out my bankroll traveled around the world got a job and now I only play the occasional live game. As you can see being out of practice hasn't helped my fundamentals. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

i'd say 45+

reasoning:

1. this is live 1/2, these guys define the word "station"

2. your hand looks like what it is, you need to cut down on the villains' implied odds

3. you'll be oop postflop
