Default Nut flush draw oop raised

Villian 1s running 23/15/3 (about 150 hands) and seems fairly solid. The two limpers were fishy 45/5/1-ish.
I'm playing 15/13 at the moment, not much been going on.

Hero...?

I don't really want to call oop so do I 3-bet it or shove?
If I 3-bet I'm calling a shove yes?

Just shove. You don't have enough to make a smaller 3-bet anyway.

I don't really think you have much fold equity against Qx hands, but I think the times he calls with a worse draw more than makes up for that.

Shove for FE. You don't want to fold c/f a 75$ pot at the turn UI.

you're obving calling if you 3bet. That'll be at like 75 leaving you 30 behind in a 165 pot.
