Tight Table Question

So I recently moved up to 9/18 from 4/8. I'm comfortable with the play, but ran into something last night that is almost unheard of at the lower stakes tables and wanted to see what people would recommend in terms of adjusting to it.

The table I was at became incredibly tight for almost an hour, 2 or 3 times the blinds were taken down by an UTG raise, there were 4 or 5 chops of the blinds, and almost all hands were 2 or 3 to the flop.

I feel that leaving the table is the best option, but if that isn't possible, what are the best and most important adjustments to make to play in these situation?
