Anderson Silva fights with grace and carries himself with so much class. Good fight night.

Nog was dazed for the last minute of the first round and wobbly the first minute of the second round. WTF was Herring thinking? It looked like he gassed out before the end of the first round.

I was at a hooters watching the fight, and there was a storm, and the freaking picture went to shtt. I got to halfway see the nog fight, see the sherk fight at near 100%, and then almost none of the tito fight. I watched all 15 minutes and could only see that not much was going on. It got so bad by the end of the tito fight that i couldn't even tell what the decision was. I had to drive home in disguist, not even bothering with the final fight, to find out that it was a draw.

Sherk was a monster, although he almost got caught several times. Seriously, if Hermes wasn't able to submit him, and wasn't able to keep him in his guard for more than 5 seconds before getting passed, who else could possible have a chance? BJ Penn maybe, but penn's giving up like 20 solid pounds of muscle. Sherk just looked awesome tonight, even with a slow pace sometimes.

Nog, you freaking scared the crap out of me. Don't tell me that Fedor is gonna get head kicked by couture and KTFO. Cause that is the path we are walking folks. Glad Nog toughed it out, i say give him one more fight and then a title shot if he wins.

Tito, F U. Rashad, F U for not hurting him bad enough. I wanted him dead Rashad. HIS SHOTS WERE SO. FREAKING. SLOW. ugh, we're probably getting a rematch of the snooze fest in 4 months. At least it looked snoozy from under the staticy breakup.

I didn't catch any of the silva fight, but i read a commentary. Anyone care to elaborate on "trade, nate take down, not much action, stand up, TKO"? Anything in particular strike you as noteworthy?

Silva landed a pretty big straight left that stunned Nate. Nate went for the take down (from being rocked) Silva got to his side and pounded him out. I only saw the fight once but I am pretty sure it was a big straight left that screwed Nate.

How does anyone beat Sherk? His takedowns seem unstoppable. Kneeing him flush in the face repeatedly deosn't seem to hurt him, and he has no neck to guillotine. Does anyone beside BJ have a realistic chance of beating him?

I also thought Marquardt and Silva were stood up prematurely, but I don't think it would have mattered.
