gg sharkies. i'll admit the Wings have a shot. you'd think they lost in the first round, since all the experts haven't predicted them to win any series thus far.

Got back from my vacation... was dissapointed to see while I was away how the Canucks kept losing 1 goal games. Tough luck for my Nucks! As for DET-SJ... didn't really get to see much of the games, but I thought DET would win this series in 6 or 7 anyways. Fairly predictable conference final matchups.

DET vs. ANA - I've backed DET up until this point, but I really don't think they can hang with the Ducks. I'll take the Ducks in anywhere from 5 to 7 games. Most likely in 6.

BUF vs. OTT - No clue at all. Anyone who picks the Sabres or the Sens in less than 7 games is clueless. I'll go with Ottawa in 7 though. Just looks like they might bump their slump.

DET vs. ANA - Without Schneider, Detroit's in a world of hurt. I might be tempted to pick Detroit otherwise, but without him Anaheim will get their goals. Anaheim in 6.

BUF vs. OTT - Buffalo has been gamboooling all playoffs. They've yet to show playoff intensity and sustain it for several games. I'm picking Ottawa in 6. Before the season, I took Buffalo to win it all, but I just can't see that happening with the way they're playing now.
