With AQ i think it's better to lead, so you can consider laying it down if villain pushes over you (here i would call the push - cause he could easily be on a flush-draw) - with AK i'd c/r.

lead this flop because its drawy and you have the nuts and you cant give a free card to this dude
also lead an amount that gives him a chance to be a retard and shove something dumb you're not folding this hand w/ these stacks, so play optimally |
