Default L@TB, a good learning tool for B&M play?

I have been primarily an online player for about a year now, and have recently started branching out into live play recently. I find that I am not too experienced with deep stack 9 handed play, and am looking for good resources. I found that cardrunners videos have immensely improved my 6max online game, so I was wondering if L@TB is a similar resource for deep stack live play.

If so, which episodes do people particularly think will help me?. If not, anyone know any good resources for live play strategy?

L@TB improved my live play by leaps and bounds. I often highly recommend it to anyone that wants to improve their FR cash game play. Can't think of any specific advice at the moment as it's just a lot of the hand commentary that is so invaluable.

I just watched my first ever episode (8-16-06, 20/40 NL), and I feel like a lot of the players are very weak - poorly timed bluffs, really loose calldowns, the list goes on.

Am I just not sophisticated enough to understand the LAGtarded play, or am I right in believing these games would be easy to just nit up and make a profit?

Live at the Bike, it aired cash games from the Bicycle Casino from Feb 2005-Apr 2007, the archives are still up for $9.95/month at liveatthebike.com
