This drama has been unfolding for a few weeks mostly in BBv.

Absolute Poker is accused of lying and a big cover-up in light of the scandal which involved at least one player on a 'super-user' account who could see all his opponents' hole-cards.

A noteable 2+2'er is going to go to Costa Rica to meet with their officials there and conduct his own unofficial investigation. AP is paying him to come I guess in an effort to look better to this 2+2'er and perhaps win back some of the faith they have lost from their customers.

Evidently David Sklansky said he would be willing to go to Costa Rica as well.

DS and MS offered (for $200k and $50k respectively) to go to visit AP in CR.

They then deleted the post and we can chat about it in ATF

The far more interesting question is why PS would pay either Sklansky that amount to sign off? They really aren't relevant.
