Here is a thought I had:

someone once said HUD's and PT are a crutch, when you play live you will be lost w/o out them.

Well I thought, what if you never play live? What if you only play online?

Just like some live players, never play online - you stick to what works. In essence, if you stick to what works for you, you will make as most $ as possible.

Yet, when we compare ppl/skill, we try to find a center point - (so that we can compare them fairly). IMO this can't be done, b/c the parties are in different domains; for example:

Hellmuth - Live MTTS
aba - online cash
Madsen - pizza hut

If they all excelled in the same thing, then we could compare, but they are good @ different aspects, so a fair comparison is difficult to make.

I'm pretty sure the only person here who knows enough about aba's game to comment already has, so the only thing we can conlude is the following.

Sponger > aba.

What limits do you think Hellmuth and Townsend would have to play to finish a game of heads up for rolls?

You would have to make assumptions both regarding their rolls and to what extent one of them will dominate the other.

I think hellmuth's worth = (aba) X 10

It's amazing how many people actually think this is a word.

Another thing, why do some of you sign your fkn posts? We see your name when you post, why the hell do you feel you have sign EVERY post you make. It's especially funny when people like ____1____ do it.

what is SB thinking here??

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Hold'em Cash Game
$200/$400 Blinds
3 Players
LegoPoker HH Converter

Preflop: ($600, 3 Players)
sbrugby raises to $1400, KOMIJENDO raises to $4600, Luigi66369 folds, sbrugby calls $3200

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($10000, 2 Players)
KOMIJENDO bets $7600, sbrugby calls $7600

Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($25200, 2 Players)
KOMIJENDO bets $22400, sbrugby calls $22400

River: 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($70000, 2 Players)
KOMIJENDO bets all-in for $67353, sbrugby calls all-in for $16197
Uncalled bet of $51156 returned to KOMIJENDO

sbrugby had A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a flush, Ace high) and won (+$51196)
KOMIJENDO had Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (two pair, Queens and Jacks) and lost (-$50797)

Pot Size: $102394 ($1 Rake)

I mean why is floating these streets vs a guy who can triple barrel with like 23os. KOMIJENDO is capable of anything, so thats why I don't understand SB's c/c
