Default NL50 (6 max) TPTK against TAG

Villain is 19.5/13.5/4 over 1k hands, no further reads. What do you think of my line?

uhm fold turn, he probably has a set (22)
there is no point in c/r, what worse hand do you expect to call? the board is very dry

Definitely fold turn. Probably fold flop. TPTK almost never holds up against this kind of resistance

On the turn: folding&gt;calling&gt;crai

Basically the line you took gets called by all better hands, and no worse ones (unless your opponent is terrible)

I guess he could conceivably call with KJ or QTdd, but without a solid read you are screwed if he calls and if he folded you had the best hand anyway (which obviously is not the worst thing in the world)

I should add that if for whatever reason you just think he is not giving you credit for hitting the Jack high flop, calling him down is clearly the profitable play

Thanks for your comments. Since someone might be interested in what happened in this hand I can say that he called with KQo and paired his queen. :S
