There is no value bet here.
I don't think he's ever calling this with a smaller pair, and every other Ace has you beat.

Pot control generally means flop or turn checking in position. River is straight vbet or no (no, in this case).

If you're talking about turn, bet there for value -- check dry flops sometimes.
