why is my visa being denied

i've tried on pokerstars, full tilt, and party poker. why is my credit card being denied. all of my details are correct and i'm not over my limit.

I'm going to make the assumption that you are in the US since you are having this problem. Most major banks wont let you use these to deposit.

Lots of Canadians have had this problem as well. I've used my CIBC Visa a few times to deposit for a bonus and have never had a problem, but it seems to be hit-and-miss as to which cards work on which sites. There's lots of eWallet options for us, check out the "eWallets for Canadians" thread in this forum.
