Default Ecasinodeals(ECD)

Is anyone still waiting on stuff from them? There seems to be no answer/reply from them at all.

Interesting...I had 600 points left in my account there that I'd forgotten about, and last month out of nowhere I got one of those octoganal table tops from them. Possible that they closed down and sent whatever they had left in stock to whoever had a balance with them. (Hopefully for you, this means that they're still trying to get stuff to fill the orders of those who actually ordered somthing.)

yeah, I've got phone and mailing address contact info for them, but don't have the time to follow up, I just wanted to know if people are getting their orders filled, and should I wait, or is it worth checking up.

Wouldn't it be nice if these affiliate sites actually paid people like they're supposed to? I always seem to have issues with either lack of customer service or even payment.

It looks like they are out of business. It looks like you get what you get and you're happy about it. No returns and they may not even send you thr right item. Here is what the post in their forum says:

Hello,

We are in the process of redeeming all ECD points and getting current comps banked, resolving all customer service issues etc.

We are going to set up a new spam free email address and post it in this post for future concerns.

Here is a FAQ

1. If you have posted a concern in the now closed support forum, we still have access to it and will take care of it.

2. If you submitted a Help Desk Ticket, we have access to those too.

3. There is no need to send "where is my order" emails - we have all the orders and all points will be redeemed in 1-2 months.

4. If you have a specific questions such as " I Paid for shipping on an item and did not recieve it" please email the addreess posted below.

5. If you are sent a poker gift and not a gift certificate, you should not return or refuse the item you are sent. Your points are being redeemed and there can be no returns- you will get the equivalent point value for your points at the time the ECD comp store was closed. Every effort will be made to honor all GC orders, but as we have stated, it may not be possible.

The email to send concerns to is issue777@ecasinodeals.com

Thanks.

What sites where they working with? I would love it PSO dumped some of the non US sites and added a few more US friendly.

Props for Poker.com, however that was only because Poker Share moved to the same network as Dream poker.

Doyle's room perhaps?

Hmmm. I'm considering posting up the contact info just so other people can try and have a shot at dealing with them if there are others in the same boat.
