in your experiences, what have been the biggest differences in specializing in federal / SALT / international / etc.? do people find the best fit based on their preferences toward the work or is it moreso the people whom they work with?

is the split between research / compliance / consulting / etc. about the same through each or are some more compliance heavy or research heavy?

which do you consider the most technical? the most difficult?

do they all experience the same busy seasons or are some divisions smoother in work load?
