No he was exactly correct. Its madcow's intermediate. Not that he's a preternatural genius. I did post what I was doing.

But they're essentially warm ups. Its just a std ramp. I'll post which workout of the week it is. That was Week 4, Workout 3. The assistance stuff gives it away for those familiar with the workout.

I was more wondering what the last set was for. Is it part of the program? I've definitely read that whole site, but it was a long time ago and I don't recall if that is something that gets changed on one of the weeks.

Week 5, Workout 1

Squat - 125/145/170/190/210
Bench - 110/125/145/160/180
Row - 95/110/130/145/160
Hypers - 2x9x30
Sit Ups - 4x10x30

Not a bad day. After I got done, there was some grinding in my right knee. Oops. No clue what it is/was.

Weight: 177.5

One day... One day.

I was tempted to make a new titled log, but as I'm going out of town shortly and its still ~85 for the high each day. I will continue this one and start a new one of my return.

Week 5, Workout 2
Squat - 125/145/170/170
OH Press - 85/95/105/120
Deadlift - 205/235/265/290

OH Press was pretty tough. I feel somewhat tubby when in actuality I'm probably as fat as some people when starting bulking. I've never really been a big dude (nor even average sized) so its somewhat strange.

My most pressing question is what should I do for the winter months when I return. I'll be trying to cut down as I'll likely hit my weight goal sometime over this period. But at the same time I'm unwilling to mess with success. This program has gone so well, that it'd be retarded to stop doing it. So hrm... I guess I'll likely stick with it until I need to reset on 2 lifts and then reassess when I'm there. Likely candidates for replacement include Meltdown or perhaps a little bit of modification to a similar program.

Confession: I don't really like going into the gym and doing squats every day. In fact I don't really like doing squats.

In me, this sort of thing can be one of the effects of slowly accumulating fatigue-- the brain fighting back.

I'm done with this. I took time to get ready for road trip, which I'm on. Maybe Smiley will help refine my clean pull technique. Will do some random stuff and start new thread when I return.
