He had 7 outs, he had the right odds to call. He probably knows he has 7 outs too. It's not as bad as you think. Everyone has folded. Preflop is pretty bad but what you gonna do about it?

Stop leveling me! You can only use two of your hole cards in Omaha.

7 outs yes, but 5 of them can easily be redrawn against and there's always a slight possibility I flopped trip kings or 2 pair, leaving him drawing slim.
