Beagle

They are a leash dog however(IE you can't let them outside with out one) They are tons of fun and they aren't huge. If you plan to play with your dog all the time then they are perfect they always want to have fun.

Seriously, get a bulldog,

my sister has two of them and they are awesome.

Great for an apartment and they are very friendly

border collies. they have highly desirable herding properties and w/850 sq ft. they can put it to use.
