Obviously, the teacher didn't know it was a student grabbing her tit, or she wouldn't have reacted the way she did. I mean, the very nature of an impulsive reaction is that you have no conscious control over your behavior. You can argue that she should be more alert since she's working in a school, but I'm sure the shock of someone randomly grabbing your breast momentarily overrides your ability to rationally think about what's going on. It is a regrettable situation but if she is impulsively violent, as some posters are arguing in her defense, then it is good that they have a chance to get rid of her now. FWIW I think that she should be fired if she hit an adult in front of the children too (unless of course the adult was posing a threat to the children and physical contact was the absolute last resort)

She didn't get fired, but she won't be back to work until next week. I guess they felt obligated to discipline her in some way, but didn't want to fire her. I can't really complain with the decision.
