Default Call this river?

Villan has been playing TAG-ish, but I don't have very many hands on him. I'm playing at 200nl after moving up from 100nl and so villan will not have any hands on me. On the river I have just under $150.

I thought that there was a decent chance the river overbet was a bluff. I couldnt see AA, KK checking the turn, and also I thought that these hands would be more likely to bet ~ $80ish on the river trying to squeeze value. I'm actually pretty sure that I fold to a bet of that size.

JTs, QQ, 99, 88 could all be c/r here. I'd fold, but put a note he played like this. Because your hand is face up after the turn check and he may think he can bluff you off underpairs in reraised pots.

What does he c/r with? A set? Not saying I doubt that it is, legitimately curious.

It seems like the missed c/r line makes sense because when he overbet shoves it could be due to frustration that he missed his c/r opportunity.
