Is that a radio? with a puzzled look on the old guy\'s face.
Caesars IN Friday late afternoon, they start a new $4-8 game and a nice old man that I had never seen in the room before sits on my left. I am an amiable guy and always speak to the players near me so we exchange hellos and chat a little.
I am now a member of the headphone club and always have my MP3 hanging around my neck. He asks what I am listening to and I reply "The Police". He gets a really puzzled look on his face and asks if my MP3 player is a radio. I say "No it is an MP3 player and I have a lot of different music loaded on it but the music I like best is from the 70's and 80s." He asks,"Is The Police the name of a group?" Everybody at my end of the table is grinning when I answer. He couldn't figure out how/why I was listening to a police radio calls at the poker table. He turned to be a really nice old man and a pretty good player.
