Default $22: Villain pushing every hand

Villain is two seats to my right and is short stacked initially. At one point, he announces that he has to leave and proceeds to go all-in every hand. He takes the blinds a couple times before this hand happens:

CO (t1230)
Button (t425)
SB (t2355)
Hero (t1320)
UTG (t2660)
UTG+1 (t2250)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

Final Pot: t3065

SB in the previous hand was not a very good player, so I felt I was in decent shape. A few hands later:

Final Pot: t2700

I'm pretty sure I made the right move both times, but the results didn't go my way. I'd like to see what other people think. Also, what range of hands would you push in both situations, given that the villain has a random hand?

hand2: if he is pushing every hand..cant assume ATC since he might just get decent hands. If you say he is pushing 50% of his hands you can call down to A7o,A4s,KTo,K9s,55+ ,but i doubt someone is that stupid.

ATs,99+ is as low as i can go with this type of villian here

hand 1.) because of the "dead" money in the pot, this is an easy call.. even if you'd know he have KK it might be a call(push), not that bored to calculate it though hehe.

hand 2.) this is an obvious call since villain would never do this with AA/KK & risk "wasting" his uber-premium hand... even the biggest donkeys wont do that. Either your racing or dominating in this spot.
