Windows Title Bar Editor

I'm looking for a way to edit the title bar and remove the maximize button from all Full Tilt windows. I seem to accidentally hit this thing a couple times a day and its very annoying when multi-tabling. Even something that only allowed me to remove it on all windows is fine. Thanks for any help.
