Default 2nd Nuts

Suppose you had AAxx and the flop comes up A K K. Say stacks are around 100BB. Do you ever worry about the 4 of a kind?

Are you asking about this specific instance of "second nuts" or "second nuts" in general? Because there is a big difference between your example and holding, say, the king high flush with the ace of that suit not on the board.
