Default another 1/2 LIVE action!

Fullring: 9handed NL1/2
Hero:~360
Villain:~270

Villain is pretty TAG; playing only few pots but very aggresive.
Hero just switched to this table with no given action yet.

folded to Hero in LP who raises to 10 with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Villain who is CO raises to 35
BB calls 35
Hero calls 25more

FLOP: K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img](105)
BB checks
Hero checks
Villain checks

TURN: 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (105)
BB checks
Hero checks
Villain bets 100
BB folds
Hero calls

RIVER: K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero checks
Villain pushes All-in with ~135
Hero???

Is this a call?
Is Hero already beat?
Does Villain really have a higher-flush, trip Kings or even already a boat?

im not extremely crazy about the preflop call out of position.

I know its tempting check the flop, but i'd lead 70 here mostly. The turn is probably a fold vs a lot of players, because people simply aren't potting two players with hands other than the Ac.

River is an absurdly easy fold as played.

any more opinions?
Imo this spot is pretty interesting.
Is it possible that Villain is beat and trying to buy the pot?
What else can Villain have besides A-high-flush?
QQ perhaps, and trying to get the money from a made flush?

Why didn't you bet the flop? Were you hoping to cr someone with a set of K's or Q's?(I don't think that's the best plan fwiw). If that was your plan, when you get a check behind from villain you should start thinking that maybe he doesn't have a set which means the incidence of him holding AA goes up significantly esp AA with a club. I think if you are checking the flop you have to fold to that death card on the turn.

I admit I don't understand why he would be pushing river last w nut flush but that is beside the point imo.

IMO, you should never check flopped flush in this situation on the flop. Bet strongly and hope that someone has something he doesn't want to easily fold, or doesn't believe you. There are a lot of turn cards that either turn your hand to crap, or kill your action.

Bet flop for $65 next time. Turn is meh. River is a clear fold at this point. Very unlikely that this is a stonecold bluff.

so Jack-high flush is a fold here?I also strongly agree with that!

At this situation i was Villain who pushed the River!
But do u think after calling 100 @ the TURN u dont have to call ~130 @ the RIVER for a 400something pot?

Is a push after the 4th [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] hits a better play?
Is my play a pretty transparent/obvious NUT-FLUSH?
