Default 200NL - 2 sidepot situations - confused???

I'm not a fan of multiple hand threads, but i felt these 2 hands were similar enough.

Hand 1:

player just sat down, I have absolutely no read.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Hold'em Cash Game
$1/$2 Blinds
6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $543.75
BB: $578.15
UTG: $22.00
Hero (MP): $197.00
CO: $218.45
BTN: $253.25

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $2.00, <font color="red">Hero raises to $9.00</font>, CO calls $9.00, 3 folds, <font color="red">UTG raises all-in to $22.00</font>, Hero calls $13.00, CO calls $13.00

Flop: ($69) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players - 1 All-In)
<font color="red">Hero bets $45.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $90.00</font>, Hero ????

not sure if I should be checking this flop?
