This is completly FALSE. Many weight gainers out there use sugar(dextrose) and "bad" carbs in their shakes, CYTOGAINER is not one of them, they use quality carbs, and i highly reccomend this prodcut as a PWO shake. UP YOUR MASS is bye far the best, and usses the bet ingrediants, but is xtremy expensive, i use cytogainer and absolutly love it

ALso if u want i have a really good workout(i use it while bulking) to gain sum nice bodymass, and with ur busy schedule ull be happy to hear you only have to workout mon-wed-fri. Just remeber when trying to add lean bodymass its all about your diet, end of story
